StrongerWorks exists to level the playing field for small business owners, workers, and dreamers who too often get left behind in today’s economy. We provide capital, tools, and advocacy to help people build lasting businesses—and lasting change.

Our mission is rooted in equity, integrity, and belief in the real American Dream: the freedom to create something of your own, with dignity and purpose.

We're not just here to fund businesses—we’re here to fuel movements and give power back to Main Street not Wall Street.

We Speak Plainly and Act Boldly

There’s no time for business-as-usual. We call out harmful policies, name names, and offer real solutions—because progress requires courage. We aim to lead with transparency and aren't afraid to challenge systems that don’t make sense and are not fair.

We believe freedom means being able to earn a living, raise a family, and live with dignity—no matter your background. That’s why we fight for policies and systems that uplift, include, and empower.

What We Do

Co-Founders Scott Songer and Stephanie Santos are committed to making an impact. Through partnerships with targeted organizations, they are advocating for stronger change and leading with love.

They are starting in their own community with local partners such as Volunteers in Medicine, Bluffton Community Kitchen, Women in Philanthropy, the Outside Foundation and GrowFoods; Coastal Conservation League.

StrongerImpacts also contributes statewide partners such as the Coastal Conservation League, the ACLU of South Carolina, Interfaith Alliance of South Carolina, and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Nationally, they actively support the work of PFLAG, Free Mom Hugs, the Human Rights Campaign, Sandy Hook Promise and the World Wildlife Fund — each playing a crucial role in building a more just world.
